When researching prices for the Ponylagoon, consider these things:
- add Estimate (in current year) after your updated price
- change the "last updated month, year" at the bottom of each page
- consider prices from actual online auctions sites and actual sales, do not pull prices directly from a book since books are copyright protected
- only consider models in great to mint condition
- do not use decimals, use only whole dollar amounts
- Include a range of values for each model, when possible
- use common sense to get estimates, if for example, one model sells for $10 less than all the others you have seen, do not include that one in the estimate range
